WEEK
ONE
Every athlete faces moments of doubt—whether it’s a drop in confidence, frustration over mistakes, or the relentless pressure to be perfect. But what if your athlete could learn how to take control of their thoughts and turn setbacks into comebacks?
In Week 1, we dive deep into mental training—the secret weapon of elite athletes.
Your athlete will discover how their thoughts shape their performance, confidence, and ability to handle pressure. This is where we break the cycle of negative self-talk and help them build unshakable belief in their potential.
Athletes will leave this session knowing how to recognize the thoughts that limit them, replace them with empowering beliefs, and develop personal mantras that keep them locked in and ready to perform.

two
How to Control Your State
Every athlete knows the difference between playing in the zone and feeling stuck. But what if your athlete could learn to manage their emotional state and stay locked in – no matter the pressure?
In Week 2, we focus on controlling the internal energy that drives performance. Athletes will learn how to shift from frustration and doubt to confidence and flow by mastering their state – the combination of their thoughts, emotions, and focus.
Athletes will leave this session equipped with tools to reset their focus, build momentum, and stay grounded during competition. This is the foundation for developing unshakable mental toughness in sports and life.

Performance Visualization
Athletes will leave this session with the skills to visualize success, mentally rehearse high-pressure situations, and feel more prepared for competition. This tool helps them stay calm, focused, and ready to perform – no matter the conditions.

Discover Your Inside Stength
Athletes will walk away with a deeper understanding of who they are, what drives them, and how to show up as their best selves. This week sets the stage for long-term vision building in the next session.

Athletes will leave this session with a clear vision for their future, grounded in personal values and driven by their unique strengths. This week is about stepping out of the status quo and stepping into possibility.

Athletes will walk away with written goals, clear action steps, and the tools to overcome blocks and distractions. This week focuses on progress over perfection, helping athletes stay on track and celebrate wins along the way.

Athletes will walk away knowing how to recognize their potential, take daily action, and break free from limits they’ve placed on themselves. This is about building momentum, staying in a high state, and taking responsibility for growth and success.

This program is 8 weeks of mental training.
It’s no different than physical training.
You work out your body at least 5-6 days a week, which creates muscle memory. Your brain is very much like a muscle. So to create change you need mental practice, repetition and a coach. The way you think and how you respond is a habit. It takes a minimum of 60 days to change habits.
