In Week 2, we focus on controlling the internal energy that drives performance. Athletes will learn how to shift from frustration and doubt to confidence and flow by mastering their state – the combination of their thoughts, emotions, and focus.

MASTER YOUR MINDSET

This program is 8 weeks of mental training.

It’s no different than physical training.

You work out your body at least 5-6 days a week, which creates muscle memory. Your brain is very much like a muscle. So to create change you need mental practice, repetition and a coach. The way you think and how you respond is a habit. It takes a minimum of 60 days to change habits.
